Raetihi Lodge offers an all-inclusive private boutique lodge on the waterfront in the Marlborough Sounds, South Island, New Zealand.

You can book the entire lodge for your Private Exclusive Use group.

Exclusive Use on the 50-acre estate includes: Accommodation, all Meals, Private Chef, Front-of-House Staff and housekeepers, and we accommodate between 10 – 25 guests.

Raetihi Lodge is available for Exclusive Use for special occasions, family reunions, corporate groups or small intimate weddings.

All bookings are based on a 3-night minimum stay.

8 x Superior Sea View Rooms - Accommodates 2 guests each room

2 x Garden View Rooms - includes 1 x Triple room

2 x Standard Rooms - Accommodates 2 guests only

There are also Baby Cots, Kids' Rollaways & High Chairs available for use

Lounge/Bar, Guest Lounge & Library, Restaurant & Deck, Activities Room & TV (pool table, piano, table tennis & library)

Check in time is 2pm; check out time is 11am.

Dining on the water's edge at Raetihi Lodge is informal but elegant and relaxed, and can be complemented by the finest regional wines: the epitome of fresh New Zealand cuisine.

We have a selection of 2-course Dinner menus to choose from in advance, and we also cater for specific dietary requirements.

OUTSIDE THE LODGE

Enjoy private use of the Lodge and grounds whether you book it for a small group of 10+ or a larger group, up to 25 people maximum. Varying rates for different sized groups.

Make the most of the 50 acres estate which includes walking tracks, use of our mountain bikes, kayaks & stand up paddle boards, an incredible 9-hole golf course close by, or enjoy a sailing or boating day trip out on the water.
