Franck Lambert & Elodie Ghella

Our French Fantastic Duo...

Elodie and Franck joined the Raetihi Team in April 2021 with all the flare, sophistication and poise of exceptionally experienced hospitality professionals, who have fine-tuned their skills in Europe, the Caribbean, South America, the South Pacific and now New Zealand. Come and meet them soon!

Franck is fascinated by oenology (anything wine!) and gastronomy, plus makes some of the best muffins in the Kenepuru. He enjoys creating wonderfully beautiful platters, divine 3-course dinners and also pairing them with fabulous New Zealand wines. As our resident sommelier, Franck's knowledge and expertise in wine is impressive. 

Elodie has the ability to welcome our guests with fluency in many languages. She is especially keen to develop her skills in Kiwi idioms while making consistently high quality coffees of your liking. Elodie's home-made breads are exceptional and she's also a wonderful artist and story-teller and her new children's picture book will be available at Raetihi Lodge very soon.
